Caribbean Beats

The Caribana festival celebrates the culture of the Caribbean. There is a huge Caribbean populace in Toronto and this is their biggest party. There were various events around town beginning from 15th July, and ending with a big parade on the 31st July. The festival started back in 1967, making this year the 43rd year the festival was held. It was originally performed as a gift by Canada's West Indian community for Canada's Centennial.
